Product details
Apem Hall Effect Push Button Switches - IH Series
Apem IH series hall effect push button switches feature a very long life span due to the use of the hall effect to enable contactless switching up to 5 million operations. The IH series is also IP67 rated, further increasing its robustness. Apem has created two hall effect switch variants within this series, the IHS and the IHL.
Switch or linear variants
5 million cycles
IP67 sealed
Hall effect sensor technology for reliable contactless switching and long life
Operating force: 6N ± 2N
Low behind-panel depth
Compact Ø12mm (.472) case
Apem IH series – IHS variant hall effect push button switches are momentary, designed to be subjected to a repetitive jogging in harsh environments. The IHS is recommended for applications where the switch is often activated, such as in applications where load positioning is critical, for example in material handling, loaders, lifts, trucks, buckets and shovels.
Hall effect sensor technology for reliable contactless switching and long life
Operating force: Modular
Low behind-panel depth
Compact Ø12mm (.472) case
Apem IH series IHL variant hall effect push button switches provide an output proportional to the actuator travel and are intended for applications where a simple on/off control might not be sufficient and where a linear output is preferable. Typical use of the IHL switch could be within applications where operators need to control motion and speed. The IHL switch is ideal for control valves or variable speed drives used within industrial controls, heavy duty equipment and handling.
