STMicroelectronics STM32F101 is based on the ARM Cortex™ M3 Microcontroller and contains a 36 MHz CPU with up to 80 KB SRAM and up to 1 MB of Flash. The STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 32 bit Flash low density family MCU produce low power, low voltage and combine strong performance with real time capabilities.
The STM32F1 families advanced architecture integrate with the STM32 platform allowing the design of low power applications. The ARM Cortex™-M3 core processor with embedded Flash and SRAM is compatible with all ARM tools and software.

ST’s ARM/RISC 32-bit processor with 16 bit timers, 12 bit ADC, 12 bit DAC and comm interfaces (I2C, SPI, and USART.) Ideal in handheld equipment; PC and gaming peripherals; alarm systems; PLCs and industrial applications as well as application control and user interfaces.
