Where is my order?

Once your order is processed:

  • Oman Stocked Items: Within 2-3 working days. 
  • UK Stocked Items: Within 10-15 days subject to availability in the UK at the time of receiving an order confirmation. 
  • Calibrated Items: Within 2-3 weeks, subject to availability in the UK at the time of receiving an order confirmation. 
  • Lead Acid Batteries and Items equipped with Lead Acid Batteries: Within 2-3 weeks, subject to availability in the UK at the time of receiving an order confirmation. 
  • Special Items such as Hazardous Items, Lithium Items and Items equipped with Lithium (because of the nature of the products) may result in longer delivery times as requiring special handling.
