Conical Stop
RS brand progressive buffers are suitable for use in a variety of applications and can be used as both progressive buffers or elastic mounts to help reduce / remove vibration transmitted to or from machinery. Used as buffers their conical shape gives a more gradual absorption of energy with the resistance increasing as the buffer becomes crushed or compressed. When used as elastic mounts to reduce vibration they can be screwed into a machines base with the rubber surface resting against the ground to remove transmitted resonance. Available in a range sizes to suit different load, deflection and energy absorption requirements.
