JFET Input Op Amp, Excalibur TLE Series

The Texas Instruments Excalibur ranges of BiFET operational amplifiers offer significant improvements over earlier generations of JFET input amplifiers.

The TLE2060 series are low-power JFET-input op amps that double the bandwidth of the earlier TL060 and TL030 BiFET families with no significant increase in power consumption; they also have lower noise levels than the TL030/TL060 devices.

The TLE2070 & TLE2080 series have more than double the bandwidth and triple the slew rate of the earlier TL070 and TL080 families coupled with lower noise levels. They are also able to operate at higher supply voltages, up to ±19V.
