EC PCB Fan Speed Controllers
Unboxed manual speed controllers for use with EBM-Papst EC (electronically commutated) fans. These are all purely the control assembly and PCB and are not mounted in an enclosure.
CN1003 (743-4807) variable speed controller
The CN1003 (743-4807) unboxed controller is designed for use with the full range of ebm-papst ECi (Electronically Commutated with integrated electronics) fans. It is powered via the DC output from by the fan and provides a 0-10V signal to enable infinitely variable speed control. The controller also enables speed measurement of the fan using a multimeter with a frequency measuring facility (where a tacho output is provided from the fan). Specification: Input voltage 10 VDC (supplied from fan); Maximum ambient temperature 50°C; Mounting hole diameter 10mm; Output voltage range 0-10 VDC.
CN1064 (743-4810) 5 position speed controller
The CN1064 (743-4810) unboxed 5 speed controller is designed for use with the full range of ebm-papst EC fans. Powered by the 10VDC output from the motor, it provides variable speed control with 5 speed settings. Each setting can be adjusted during commissioning between 0 % to 100% speed. This controller can control multiple fans running at the same speed. No separate power supply required.
CN1063 (743-4817) adjustable max / min variable speed controller
The CN1063 (743-4817) unboxed controller is designed for use with the full range of ebm-papst EC fans. Powered by the 10V DC output from the motor, it provides infinitely variable, manual speed control between 0% and 100%. However, the CN1063 (743-4817) differs from the CN1003 (743-4807) in that it has adjustable limits. The maximum and minimum speeds can be varied during commissioning to limit the maximum speed and/or restrict the lower speed. No separate power supply is required.
