Junction Boxes for Offshore Application
The Hensel DK junction box is suitable for use in offshore areas and for indoor installation (normal environment) and outdoor installation (harsh environments) in accordance with DIN VDE 0100, part 737. Three options for these junction boxes are available; with terminals and cable entries; without terminals but with cable entries; without terminals or cable entries.

Acid resistant lid screws made of stainless steel
Burning behaviour 960 deg C
IP66/67 protection; temporary submersion up to 1 m for max. 15 minutes
IK08 (5 joule) protection against mechanical load
