Molex 3.5mm Ultra-Fit™ Hand Crimping Tools

Hand crimping tools for crimping 3.5mm Ultra-Fit™ crimp terminals. These Ultra-Fit™ hand crimp tools have a full cycle ratchet mechansim which ensures a full crimp is achieved, precisely machined crimping profiles and contact positioning. The handles of of these Ultra-Fit™ crimp tools have an ergonomic design and the modular crimp head can be removed and used in the following:
Air Powered Tool: Molex part number No.63816-0100 accompanied by air powered crimp adapter (Molex part no. 63816-0700).
Battery powered tool: Molex part no: 63816-0200 (110 V) or 63816-0250 (220 V) accompanied by battery powered crimp adapter (Molex part no: 63816-0600)
Hand crimp tool stock number 895-1940 is for crimping Ultra-Fit™ crimp terminals with a wire size range of 16-18 AWG
