Murata NXFT15 Series
Murata NXFT series small flexible lead type NTC thermistors with a small head and a thin lead wire (0.3mm). The NXFT series are recognised by UL/cUL(UL1434, File No.E137188) and are halogen free products. (Cl=max. 900ppm, Br=max. 900ppm and Cl+Br=max.1500ppm) The NXFTs compact and flexible design enables high accuracy and high sensibility temperature sensing, narrow space temperature sensing and the design of flexible temperature sensing architectures. They are compatible with the Murata 0402 (EIA) size chip thermistors and have excellent long time aging stability. Applications include:
Temperature compensation for transistor, IC and crystal oscillator in mobile communications
Temperature sensor for rechargeable batteries
