Recom RxxP22005D Series Isolated DC/DC Converter

The RxxP22005D Series are designed especially for SiC-MOSFET drivers in efficiency focused applications such as electrical vehicles, renewable-energy conversion and high powered industrial drives. These converters enable the gate driver to apply optimal turn-on and turn-off voltages (VGS) by providing asymmetrical +20V/-5V outputs. As unregulated 2 W converters, the devices feature power-sharing outputs that can be used with equal-power (asymmetrical current) or equal-current (asymmetrical power) loads. The RxxP22005D series operates at up to 85% efficiency and are available with 5 V dc, 12 V dc, 15 V dc or 24 V dc input voltages. These converters meet harsh environmental requirements with their operating temperature range of -40°C to +95 °C (with derating).
