E20 Debug module for RX600 Family

As a sophisticated on-chip debugging emulator, E20 provides an enhanced trace functions, RAM monitor functions and others besides all the basic debugging functions as well as E1 while serving as a flash programmer at the same time. Either serial or JTAG connection can be selected depending on the MCU type. In addition to the aforesaid functions, it incorporates the large trace function for more enhanced debugging by combination of E20 and a MCU with the trace output function. Hence, it allows easy analysis of debugging problems and performance evaluation, which achieves shortening of the debugging period.
