You can extend the reach of your thermocouple probe with this RS PRO extension cable, which is designed for use with a Type S probe. It's an effective way of creating a greater distance between a probe and a sensor while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The wire has insulation made from a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material, which has a good level of mechanical strength and flexibility. This makes it a reliable option for complex wiring arrangements in larger spaces, or ones where impact is likely.
