Si501 CMEMS® Oscillators, Silicon Laboratories

The Si501 MEMS oscillator devices, based on Silicon Labs’ patented CMEMS® technology, are fully integrated, monolithic CMOS+MEMS oscillators. They provide MEMs support offering an alternative to the standard crystal oscillator. CMEMs Oscillator ICs give high quality reliability with stability for 10 years working in the industrial temperature range. The Si50x CMEMS oscillator single chip design is compatible with crystal oscillator (XO) from the same class and will drop in as a replacement.

The Silabs CMEMS Si501 series are intended for use in Industrial and embedded applications due to their stability with high levels of shock, vibration and temperature. Ideal in Office Automation: VoIP desktop, LCDs, projectors and multi-function printers. Embedded/Industrial Automation: Test equipment, multi-function printers, process control, security monitoring, LCD and HMI panels. Also Consumer: Cameras, LCDs, TV and DVD.
