These SOLISTRAND closed barrel strap butt splices are made from fine grade high conductivity copper and have closed barrels with brazed seams that create a uniform metal strength around the barrel. The inner surface of the barrels are either dimpled or serrated for maximum tensile strength and to maximise the electrical contact area after crimping
