LTO100 series 1000W thick film power resistors with a compact TO-247 package and a 100W at 25°C case temperature heatsink mounted. These LTO100 series 100W power resistors have a direct ceramic mounting on heatsink, a broad resistance range of 0.015 Ω to 1 MΩ, are non inductive and are AEC-Q200 qualified.
