Bosch Rexroth - Fieldbus Couplers

Bus couplers for remote I/O: Fieldbus couplers form the first module in an Inline station and are the interface to the field bus system. The various I/O modules can be directly connected to the field bus couplers.

PROFIBUS coupler:

The Fieldbus coupler provides a PROFIBUS slave and a master in the Inline local bus. The PROFIBUS coupler adds real value to your application with the integration of 8 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs with reaction times of 1-2.5ms.

You can connect 62 Inline terminal boxes anywhere on the existing PROFIBUS-DP with the help of the bus coupler. The coupler is delivered complete with accessories (connecter plug and labelling tags). With the automatic serial baud rate recognition, it is possible to operate either a 500k baud or a 2M baud module with this coupler. DeviceNet coupler:

The Fieldbus coupler represents a slave in the DeviceNet network, and a master in the subordinate Inline local bus. The address of the DeviceNet slave can be easily set using DIP switches. DeviceNet can be connected using a Twin Combicon plug.
